We administer, interpret, and present The Birkman Method® with eight (or more) separate reports. The reports measure and describe the client's interests, motivation, abilities, aptitude, personality style, stress factors, communication style, and organizational (work and volunteer) fit. Included, is a dedicated and exhaustive Career Path Inventory keyed to Princeton Review's, Guide to Your Career. This means providing the knowledge to hurdle obstacles with confidence and poise; that means fulfillment; and that means prosperity.
We will provide all necessary materials and communicate the Birkman Reports in writing, personally, and recorded on audiotape. We are available to consult, refresh, and solidify Birkman concepts and interpretations...indefinitely. This provides the setting for continuous reference and consultation. That means happy, productive, and successful performance, education, and training: vocationally, avocationally, recreationally, and socially.
